JavaScript Test:
To enable JavaScript, continue reading this page. Once finished, press the button below to test whether you were successful.
Mozilla Firefox
- Select Tools >> Options... from the browser toolbar.
- Click the Content button in the top row of options.
- Make sure Enable JavaScript is checked (You do not need to enable Java, but it is OK if you do).
- Note: You may wish to install the NoScript extension for Firefox to control which sites can run JavaScript.
Internet Explorer
- Select Tools >> Internet Options... from the browser toolbar.
- Click the Security tab at the top of the popup Internet Options window.
- Click the Internet icon in the list of zones.
- Click the Custom Level button near the bottom of the window.
- In the new window that pops up, scroll down to the Active Scripting item.
- Select the option marked Enable.
- Click OK to save settings
Safari
- Select Preferences from the Safari toolbar.
- Select Security tab at the top.
- Make sure Enable JavaScript is checked.
Opera 8 and 9
- Select Tools >> Quick Preferences... from the browser toolbar.
- Make sure Enable JavaScript is checked.
Opera 6 and 7
- Select File >> Preferences... from the browser toolbar.
- Click Multimedia.
- Under the JavaScript heading, select Enable JavaScript.
Konqueror
- Select Configure Konqueror from the Settings menu.
- Make sure Enable JavaScript globally is checked under the Java & Javascript tab.
Netscape 6.x and 7.x (Mozilla 1.0)
- Select Edit >> Preferences... menu item from the browser toolbar.
- Click on the Advanced label displayed in the list of options on the left hand side of the popup Preferences window.
- On the right hand side select the checkbox marked Enable Javascript for Navigator.
