Depending on the particular state law, failure to pay rent may be cause for eviction. It is important that any disputes between landlord and tenant, whether it is a landlord's failure to make repairs or a tenant's failure to pay rent, be recorded in writing in case of future litigation. If a tenant has failed to pay rent, landlord will want to make a demand for rent in writing. This serves as a reminder to the tenant that rent is due, a warning that eviction proceedings may be the next step, and also provides documentation for the landlord should the problem persist and there is need for legal action in the future.
Use this document to notify a tenant of their failure to pay rent, warn the tenant that eviction will be a consequence of continued failure, and to demand that the tenant remedy the situation.
Nice lay out but difficult to save in the proper program.
Really enjoyed the way the whole process was constructed and handled. Simple and easy to use. Will keep this site on hand for future refrence. Thanks again Larry..
very easy to work with this program
This is supposed to be between entities and the lack of customization is terrible. Then it creates an output of a pdf, locked so that edits cannot be made. What a waste of time.
Would have been nicer if there was an option for rent or lease.
Really easy to use. Will have to see if effective. A real good resource for many questions!
I KEEP EDITING AND MY EDITS ARE NOT BEING DISPLAYED. THIS IS ANNOYING.
ONCE I FOUND YOUR SITE I FOUND THE FORM VERY EASY TO USE
Step by step instructions, just fill in the blanks. Easy to use form. I liked it very much.
easy to use!!!
Gives duplicate commas after Landlord and Tenant addresses Doesn't give landlord last name in body of letter Ultimately had to re-type
Seems pretty straight forward...hope it works!
The website makes it so easy to fill out
Very easy to use and very convenent.
amazing;not a rip off!
Landlords last name will not print correctly in the body of the letter. I had to put last name on the middle initial line. There are two commas at the end of landlords address in the body of the letter (1st paragraph). Unable to copy and paste to correct errors....
Thank you for finally providing an easy to use form
The letter was excellent. I did have to edit the names as more than one tenant was involved. I also tied it into the Rental Agreement. But the letter to get me started in the right direction is excellent. Thank You.
Good, strong letter. I will probably modify it a little, but its no-nonsense approach would scare me if I were a tenant.
it was blaNK
Finally a truly free site. I was very impressed
