A shrinkwrap license is a click through agreement associated with software that is downloaded through the internet and found on websites. It is also an agreement or contract found within a product, which can only be read after an item has been opened by the consumer. The legality of this type of agreement is often disputed, but generally seem to be upheld more often with regards to use on the web.

The license itself is great, but it is a secured PDF file! I need a license as a text file so I can incorporate it into my installation package...This makes my life much more difficult!
