Software License Agreement

A Software License Agreement is an agreement between a software developer and a person seeking authorized permission to use the software (the "licensee.") The Agreement sets for the rules, limitations and obligations for the usage or distribution of copyright protected software. This type of license typically authorizes use of software that would normally be restricted by copyright law. This agreement may be used specifically for the purpose of distributing Mobile Applications or for other types of Software.
